How I work
We begin with scheduling an initial 20-30 minute phone call to discuss your needs and how I might support you using Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM) and/or creative arts therapy.
Following that, I will send you a confidential intake form to get a more comprehensive and detailed personal history before setting up our session time, via Zoom or phone.
While we will have discussed and identified some of your issues and concerns in our initial conversation, it is still good for us to set an intention for our work together in each session.
Sessions are typically 90 minutes, but can be modified to suit your specific needs.
Each individual has a unique journey. We might decide that the best way for us to work together is weekly, monthly, or in 3-4 month intervals throughout the year.
You may purchase a session through the website using PayPal. Please contact me if you would prefer to pay by check or Venmo.
I ask for 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled appointment. For emergencies and extenuating circumstances, please contact me as soon as you are able and we will determine the best way to proceed.

Ways we can work together
Individual Sessions.
I currently provide individual sessions for teens and adults. Additionally I work with couples, seeing them individually, but with consciousness of their mutual desire to support the health and vitality of their relationship.
Surgical Support.
If there are physical issues requiring surgery of any kind, there is a specific set of Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM) surgical protocols we can use to provide energetic support before, during and throughout recovery.
The Edge Practice.
We will tailor this training, developed by SAEM founder, Desda Zuckerman, to your specific needs, in support of your ability to hold clear & compassionate boundaries through your own expanded consciousness.
